Patients CANNOT receive a cancelation and/or refund from Kleer and Membersy directly. If a patient contacts Kleer and Membersy for a cancellation and/or refund of their plan, our team will redirect them to contact your office directly. The dental membership plans are created and managed by your dental office, so you must approve all cancellations and/or refunds. Members are only eligible for a cancelation and full refund if requesting to do so within 30 days of signup/renewal/reactivation and have used no benefits or services associated with the plan; beyond this, it is at the discretion of your office.
